Clients of high calibre will see my screening process as an assurance of my professionalism, and not an inconvenience. (In fact, most scammers/law enforcement will deliberately negate screening to widen their net of targets.)

I will not meet anyone anonymously. Please provide information that can put me at ease before we meet. The more comfortable I am, the more enjoyable the experience will be for both of us! If I feel what is provided by you is insufficient, I may ask for more information. Examples of what I can ask for: LinkedIn, ID, employment verification, among several other options.

We are all adults exercising free will here. If what I ask for is too much for you, we may simply be incompatible. Please play by my rules of engagement or don’t play at all.

Deposits are a must to confirm all dates, even if we have met before.

• Singapore - A minimum of 20-25% of total, in SGD or USD.

• Touring - A minimum of 40% of the total.

• FMTY - 50% + travel expenses

• Accepted deposit methods will be discussed, and crypto is welcomed.

A deposit allows me to confidently decline other plans and secure your time. My trusted regulars have no issue sending me the whole prepayment ahead of time as well when convenient, though this is never expected. You will be soft booked for 24h while a deposit is pending. Your slot will be released if the 24h deadline is not met.

The rest of the payment must be sorted out at the beginning of our date, handed to me discreetly.

I understand that life happens, and it can affect our date.

• Deposits can be transferred to a future scheduled date (within reasonable time frames) if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, after deducting any non-refundable costs.

• If you decide to cut the date short for any reason - the full rate still applies (e.g. booked 5h but have to leave after 1-2h).

• Deposits taken for tours / hosting will strictly not be refundable due to incurred costs.

• Deposits sent in the form of gift cards are strictly non-refundable.

• Last minute cancellations involve a 100% cancellation fee, failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in a blacklist.

• If I've taken a deposit, and I have to cancel (even after offering alternative dates) I will of course return it in full immediately.

• If I cancel due to unsafe, pushy, disrespectful behaviour, the booking and/or communication will end immediately with no refunds.

• Any form of haggling is a massive turn-off and dealbreaker. Please do not embarrass yourself!

• Telegram/WhatsApp is provided for messaging convenience, but respectful texting etiquette is expected. Non-consensually deleting entire text conversations for both parties will result in an immediate and permanent block + addition to my shit list.

• Incomplete/insufficient enquiries that barely make up a full sentence will be ignored.

• I do not see anyone for “off the clock” dates (e.g. going out for dinner after time is up with no extension fee)

• I’m mostly an open book, but please do not push further if I decline to answer any questions for any reason.

• I’ve been told that it is a shame I do not show my face as it is one of my best features - However, I have no plans to be face out. Do not ask for selfies or more photos, such attempts will be receive an instant block.​

• While I’m not particularly anal about it, I can engage in some banter leading up to our date but not excessively so.

Please note that I won’t guarantee all activities requested. This is entirely dependent on your level of hygiene and safety. I take my health extremely seriously and so should you.

A lady should never have to say “no, I don’t enjoy that.” more than once. Repeated pushing of any boundaries set will result in the immediate termination of the date with no refunds.

Anything that is illegal will be reported to the authorities, which I will pursue to the fullest extent for any damages.

I only do this part-time, so my availability is low to begin with.

There is very little reason for me to turn away a decent enquirer beyond a lack of availability from my end. I will always do my best to accommodate but your best bet is to enquire as early as possible.

Anywhere from 2 days to a week in advance is ideal (I have even accepted 6 months in advance) to avoid disappointment.
